property development is essential. An experience in undertaking similar kind of large scale property development or managing a large portfolio of developed property will be highly desirable attribute. The responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the extensive property development program of CMRL project and also to manage the property already developed, so as to maximize the revenues innovatively from property development.
